Have you always wanted to snuggle a miniature goat? How about a mini-mini?
Each Spring and Fall our herd of Nigerian Dwarf Dairy Goats give birth to another round of tiny, adorable kids. Once they've had a chance to get settled we welcome visitors to our farm in Moneta, Virginia for personalized, educational, and FUN goat snuggle sessions. We're proud to say we spend a lot of time with our Nigerian Dwarf Goats, which makes them very socialized and a lot of fun to be with, no wildlings here! Because the breed is miniature, even the adult goats are fun and approachable any time of year, even beyond kidding season.
Our farm is our passion and we love to share our knowledge and allow a hands on experience for goat lovers of any age! Whether its a family outing, school or scouting group, 80th birthday (yes we did) or a girls night out, we can accommodate your group. Our interactive snuggle sessions and presentation typically last approximately 30 minutes, although you can stay and linger an hour or longer if you like.
The current rate is $10 per person (adult or child). Bottle feedings are extra and are available according to each kidding season, as not all babies become bottle babies. Snuggle sessions are available most days from 11am-2pm, and some early evenings depending on daylight.
